About Alička

Alička began her agenting career at International Creative Management (ICM). She then accepted a position as Agent and Director of Foreign Rights at Nicholas Ellison, Inc. In 2003, after building a select list of her own clients, she started the Alička Pistek Literary Agency.

Alička has an M.A. in German Translation and a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of California, San Diego. She has studied and worked in the UK, Germany and Prague, Czech Republic.
